This IN-HOME  Infrared camera insulation assessment and/or Insulation Modification Upgrade quote fee is fully non-refundable due to our travel and scheduling requirements to your home- You are purchasing a time-slot only. Scheduling cannot be changed due to test equipment re-calibration or setup AND 'scheduling in advance' requirements.  Simply, Please be sure to have at least an hour + of time for our visit, free in your busy calendar, with any and all decision makers being available and present as much as possible throughout our scheduled visit   Please  leave an hour of lee-way before and after the scheduled time, for our travel, especially during high volume traffic situations. We schedule mostly weekend appointments to keep travel time uncertainty at a minimum for your and our benefit. We respect your time!
